HAVA Aesthetics is proud to be a Save Face accredited clinic in Esher, Surrey since 2025. Save Face accreditation is an independent, third-party mark of quality that provides additional reassurance around standards of safety, training and care.
What is Save Face accreditation?
Save Face is a Government Approved, Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accredited register that recognises safe, ethical and professional non-surgical cosmetic clinics and practitioners across the UK. It is a trusted mark of quality that provides additional reassurance for patients when choosing an aesthetic practitioner or clinic, and over 1.3 million people have used Save Face to find a safe, qualified practitioner.
Why it matters that HAVA is accredited
Being Save Face accredited means that HAVA Aesthetics has undergone a rigorous assessment against Save Face’s accreditation standards, covering areas including patient safety, clinical practice, consent, record keeping, medicines management and aftercare.
Save Face requires each clinic and practitioner to pass a 116-point assessment process, with the premises inspected and the practice assessed against its standards.
For our patients, our Save Face accreditation provides additional reassurance when choosing an aesthetic clinic and reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety, professionalism and care.
What it means for you
When you choose HAVA Aesthetics, our Save Face accreditation provides additional reassurance that:
- Your treatments are performed by our Medical Director, Dr Hadeel Nimaa, a qualified, appropriately trained and insured doctor.
- Your treatment takes place in a professional, hygienic and appropriately maintained clinical environment.
- We follow appropriate standards for the sourcing, storage and use of products used in your treatment.
- HAVA Aesthetics has been independently assessed against Save Face’s standards for patient safety, clinical practice and professional care.
What checks does Save Face carry out?
To award accreditation, Save Face carries out a detailed assessment of the practitioner and the premises, including:
- Verifying practitioner qualifications, training and active professional registration
- Assessing clinical safety, infection control, hygiene and premises standards
- Checking appropriate insurance and indemnity arrangements
- Verifying the sourcing and authenticity of products and equipment used
- Reviewing consultation, consent, aftercare and complaints-handling processes
Save Face accreditation is renewed annually, with accredited practitioners and clinics required to continue meeting the relevant standards. This ongoing assessment helps ensure that accreditation remains current rather than being a one-off achievement.
HAVA Aesthetics has maintained its Save Face accreditation since 2025.
