What is Sunekos?
Sunekos combines low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with a patented blend of six amino acids, the essential building blocks of collagen and elastin.
Together, these ingredients regenerate the extracellular matrix, the structural network that supports skin elasticity, firmness and a youthful appearance.
Sunekos is classified as a biostimulator rather than a dermal filler. Unlike fillers that add volume to reshape specific areas, Sunekos improves the underlying health and quality of your skin, for a more refreshed, hydrated complexion that develops gradually over several weeks.
How does Sunekos work?
As we age, the extracellular matrix that supports our skin weakens. Collagen and elastin production slows, hyaluronic acid levels decline, and the visible signs of skin ageing begin to appear, including fine lines, uneven skin texture and a loss of resilience around the eyes, cheeks and neck.
When injected into the dermis, Sunekos delivers its hyaluronic acid and amino acid complex to the fibroblasts, the cells that produce new collagen and elastin. This biological response, known as dermal biogenesis, encourages the skin to repair and renew itself naturally, with improvements in firmness, hydration, tone and skin elasticity developing over a course of treatment.

Your Sunekos journey begins with a detailed consultation and skin assessment with Dr Hadeel Nimaa, where your concerns and aesthetic goals are carefully reviewed.
On the day of treatment, a topical numbing cream is applied for comfort, and the Sunekos solution is injected into precise points within the dermis using fine needles. The procedure takes around 30 minutes and is generally well tolerated. For optimal results, Sunekos is delivered as a course of three sessions, two weeks apart.
Downtime is minimal, with any mild redness typically settling within 24 to 48 hours. Detailed aftercare guidance is provided after your appointment.

Is Sunekos a filler?
No. Sunekos is classified as a biostimulator, not a dermal filler. While it does contain hyaluronic acid, it is non-crosslinked and is not designed to add volume. Its role is to stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin, improving the underlying quality of the skin rather than reshaping it.
How many Sunekos sessions will I need?
For optimal results, a course of three sessions spaced two weeks apart is recommended. Many patients then choose to have maintenance treatments every six months to support and prolong their results.
Does Sunekos hurt?
